Help Getting into Housing
If You Face Eviction
We provide eviction prevention services that include funds to pay back rent to prevent eviction, one-time rental assistance, security deposit funds to move into permanent housing, legal services, counseling, and other support services. The Family Eviction Program provides eviction prevention services including funds to pay back rent, case management, budgeting advice, and other referrals.

HPRP programs provide homeless prevention and housing stabilization services and financial assistance to low-income individuals and families who are at risk of losing their housing.
|
|
Financial assistance includes short term (1-3 months) and medium term (4-18 months) rental subsidies, rental arrears, security deposits, utility deposits, utility payments, and moving cost assistance. Housing stabilization services include case management, outreach and engagement, eligibility assessment, housing search and placement, legal services, and credit repair.
