San Francisco Homeless Outreach Team

The San Francisco Homeless Outreach Team provides case management and services to homeless individuals. If you are concerned about the welfare of a homeless person in San Francisco, call 3-1-1 to make a report and request that the Team or other appropriate response service be dispatched.
